The Public Empowerment Act
The following eight pieces of legislation are designed to help revitalize our democracy and
our economy by restoring the ability of ordinary citizens to influence the decisions of Government
and the actions of powerful business corporations. These laws have not been introduced to Congress, but
are a framework for future potential legislation.
